Hannah Alpert-Abrams is a program specialist in digital humanities. Her research focuses on the use of copying technologies to improve accessibility, access, and discovery of early colonial documentary heritage. She is a co-founder of ADRELA, co-director of the mentorship working group at the Association for Computer in the Humanities, and a founding member of the Postdoctoral Laborers, the Visionary Futures Collective, and the Academic Job Market Support Network. Previously, she managed the Reading the First Books Project at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her PhD in 2017.
